We stock over 20 distinct ranges including Victorian (e.g. Gasta, Rook, Shelbourne, Richmond), Georgian ranges (Royal Georgian 4‑ and 6‑column), decorative models (Baroque Classique, Chester, Rochester), narrow & low‑level variants, large and small radiators—as well as vertical and modern‑style designs.
How do narrow, low‑level and vertical radiators differ from standard models?
Narrow & thin radiators (e.g. Lucien, Gasta narrow) suit tight wall spaces. Low‑level models sit below window sills for older properties. Vertical units rise higher with slim profile ideal for modern layouts. Dimensions and heat outputs vary across ranges to suit these form factors.
What colours and finishes are available across ranges?
Choose primer finishes for fast delivery, ten metallic paints, Farrow & Ball and Little Greene heritage colours, RAL custom paint, matt, semi‑gloss or gloss options. Special finishes include burnished, antique, polished and coloured lacquer finishes.
Which ranges offer fastest delivery?
Fast‑delivery stock includes the Gasta Victorian line (typically delivered in 3‑4 working days) and other 'Fast Delivery' tagged models such as Classic and Royal Georgian. Primer‑finished units ship in ~5 working days. Painted finishes are usually 7 working days, polished finishes up to 20 working days.
What kind of warranty is offered on radiators?
All cast iron radiators are brand‑new, UK‑built reproductions, hand‑built and pressure‑tested, and come with a 10‑year manufacturer’s warranty (see product details).
What accessories are compatible with your radiators?
Accessories include traditional, thermostatic or manual valves (angled, straight or corner, in antique brass, satin nickel, pewter, black etc.), wall stays (steel standard or luxury brass), pipe sleeves, feet, air vents, decorator caps and electric heating elements.
How do I calculate the correct BTU output for my radiator?
Use the website’s free BTU Calculator—enter room dimensions and factors such as window type to calculate heat requirement, then choose from matching radiator range and size. Our expert team is always available to assist.
Can I order custom or bespoke colour finishes?
Yes—bespoke color options include custom RAL selections, Farrow & Ball or Little Greene colours. Delivery for painted orders is usually 7 working days, with special metallic, burnished or antique finishes available in ~3 weeks.
What are your delivery and return policies?
We offer free delivery on UK mainland orders over £59 (if placed by 3 pm). Radiator valves and in‑stock accessories have a 90‑day return policy. Made‑to‑order cast iron radiators (especially painted or polished finishes) are non‑returnable.
Do you offer price matching or trade discounts?
Yes—Price Match Guarantee applies to identical products found elsewhere. Trade pricing and custom quotes are available for larger or bespoke orders—contact our team to discuss.

Does the height of the radiators specified in the details include the feet or is it just the actual radiator?
The specified height includes the feet as standard. The measurement is from the floor to the top of the radiator, allowing for accurate clearance planning.
Is the wall mounted clothes airer rust resistant?
Yes, it is made from powder-coated steel and aluminium, providing strong rust resistance—ideal for indoor use in bathrooms or utility spaces.
Do you sell the Jarrow lockshield valves on their own?
We usually sell the Jarrow valves in pairs, but we may be able to supply individual lockshields on request. Contact our team for assistance.
Do you refurbish old cast iron radiators?
We don’t currently offer a refurbishment service, but we do supply new reproductions of traditional four-column Victorian designs.
Do you do trade accounts?
Yes, we offer trade accounts with bulk pricing, custom quotes, and plain-label delivery options. You can apply online or contact us for more details.
Can I get a radiator 1200–1500mm in height in a colour finish?
Yes, several of our tall radiator ranges (like Classic and Royal Georgian) are available in those heights and can be finished in any of our bespoke colours.
Do you have any radiators around 1000–1500mm in height?
Yes, we offer a range of tall radiators including options in the Classic, Royal Georgian, and Baroque Classique ranges. Use the height filters or ask for a recommendation.
Do you deliver to Dublin, Republic of Ireland?
