Radiator Pipe Covers

High Quality Radiator Pipe Covers at Low Prices Next Day Delivery

At Cast Iron Radiators 4u, we believe that every detail counts. And with our carefully engineered radiator pipe covers - also known as radiator sleeve covers, pipe shrouds or piping kits - you can transform exposed pipes into a polished design feature. Whether you’re finishing an ornate traditional column radiator or a sleek designer model, we stock a full spectrum of colours and finishes, from understated matt white to on-trend brushed brass pipe covers.

Each radiator pipe cover kit contains two precision-machined sleeves and matching escutcheon floor plates, available in 130mm and 300mm lengths (which you can easily shorten on-site). Plus, if you order before 3 pm, your quality radiator pipe covers will leave our warehouse the same day, ready to arrive on your doorstep by the next working day.

Why Choose Radiator Pipe Covers from Cast Iron Radiators 4u?

Flawless Finish

Loose ends of copper or plastic pipe can distract the eye, cheapening an otherwise premium heating installation. Our radiator pipe covers slide neatly over the pipework and seat into the rubber-sealed escutcheon for a seamless, colour-coordinated look that hides irregular holes and solder joints.

Built to Last

Unlike flimsy “rad-snap” plastics that warp, yellow and split, our covers are CNC-turned from solid brass. The metal core will never rust, deform or lose its crisp profile, even when your system is running at full temperature. After hand-polishing, every sleeve is plated or powder-coated to architectural-grade standards, guaranteeing years of service in busy family homes, boutique hotels and high-traffic commercial spaces alike.

Engineering You Can Trust

Our radiator pipe covers are manufactured to the same high standards as our traditional cast iron radiators and radiator valves. Each sleeve maintains the tight tolerances needed for an exact push-fit over standard 15mm pipe. The concealed O-ring inside the floor plate grips securely yet allows the cover to be removed for future decorating or maintenance.

Design Freedom

From Victorian skirting boards to minimalist micro-cement floors, there is a finish to complement every décor. Pair antique copper sleeves with dark anthracite columns for industrial chic, mirror-polished chrome with gloss bathroom towel rails, or choose the ever-popular brushed brass pipe covers to echo unlacquered antique brass taps and door hardware. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions from our beloved customers

  • Should radiator pipes be covered?
Covering flow and return pipes is not strictly required, but using quality radiator pipe covers can protect the pipe’s surface, conceal imperfect holes, and deliver a high-end, cohesive finish that can even improve resale appeal.
  • How do you fit radiator pipe covers?
Switch off the heating and allow pipes to cool. Slide the floor plate (escutcheon) down the pipe until it sits flush with the floor. Measure the distance from floor to valve tail and cut the radiator pipe sleeves 5 mm shorter for a floating effect. Push each sleeve over the pipe until it engages with the rubber seal inside the plate. No adhesives or tools are required.
  • How to cover holes around radiator pipes?
The escutcheon component in our kits is purposely over-bored to mask up to a 30mm irregular hole. For larger gaps, pack the void with fire-rated filler, let it cure, then install the floor plate for a crisp edge.
  • Can I cut brushed radiator pipe covers to size?
Yes. Mark the desired length with painter’s tape to prevent scratching, then trim with a fine-tooth hacksaw or pipe-slice. Lightly deburr the edge and re-fit; the powder-coat or plating will not flake when cut cleanly.
  • Are radiator sleeve covers suitable for bathrooms and kitchens?
Absolutely. The solid-brass core resists corrosion from humidity, while our electro-plated nickel, chrome and brass finishes withstand regular cleaning with mild, non-abrasive products.
